Generosity

This week we focused on being generous.

I chose to do 2 verses with the girls this week.



We didn't do all the activities I wanted to do this week because of the holiday and a few other things we had going this week.

We kept talking about how we can be generous throughout the week.
At the pool, the girls were sharing a juice box.  Ariel told Annabelle not to finish it.  I asked her if that was being generous.  Then she said, "Well, you can finish it, but not all of it." 
Then Annabelle said she didn't want anymore and Ariel said, "That is being generous, Annabelle."

Sometimes I wonder if they are understanding the concepts we are talking about.  If I take the time to listen to the girls talk I realize they are taking in what I am teaching them.
Annabelle told Ariel that some people don't have houses, so we can be generous and give them money so they can have a house.

I can continue talking about these characteristcs that I want them to have and I will be able to go more in depth as the girls get older.
