I think its best to do different things everyday. Like run one day, bike another, and then do a video. It helps you to not get bored or sick of your work outs. BUT the key is you have to do it no matter how much you don't feel like it. You should probably have goals too, something to work towards, like running a certain distance in a certain amount of time. Speaking from recent "attempting" to get in shape experiance you're never going to have time to work out.
